Do your bit for birds

14th-21st February is National Nest Box Week, the perfect time of year to put up a box for breeding birds looking for the perfect place to make their nest. Old buildings and holes in old trees are disappearing fast, so birds are on the lookout for a safe and comfy home.

Royal Society for the Protection of Birds at Wat Tyler are joining in National Nest Box week. Come along and make your own bird box for home or for school (or buy one they made earlier!) and do your bit for conservation while you enjoy watching bird visitors settle in  to their new home.
